January saw the second of our in-person meeting, hosted by the team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The goal of the meeting was to consolidate the results of the pilot study of metadiscourse markers to measure stance of the three teams, Estonian, Latvia, and Lithuania. The results should lead to a discussion which markers to include in the next automatic study, led by the Norwegian team. Furthermore, the meeting also evaluated the deliverables of our previous year, stipulated target points for the coming year, plus highlighted possible conferences and publication outlets to target for the coming year.
